After discovering she was gluten intolerant, Vanessa began researching and developing healthy, gluten-free alternatives to the food she and her family had always enjoyed. She worked alongside her sister (who owns a gluten free catering company La Oliva) to develop some great tasting recipes. This lead to her opening a bakery so she could share these recipes with others who face the same or similar dieteary restrictions. Vanessa has adapted over 50+ recipes that range from bread to cookies to cupcakes and continues working on creating delicious new recipes.
